Area Plans and Schedules

The area/room plans and schedules were started in the architecture model as this is the model we are documenting all of the drawings etc. however as the rooms were added into the interior model there were difficulties with producing a proper schedule. The rooms themselves were showing up as the option "include elements in linked files" was selected, however the data for the rooms was not transfering through. This meant we had to create the room schedules in the Interior model. 

In order to provide a high level of detail in a format that is readable the sorting and grouping tab was used and made a big difference to the schedule. A colour legend was also created for the plans to visually show each of the departments and their relationship to other departments on that level.
